The Chubbuck Technique: An acting workshop

An intense workshop where we work with scenes from films and plays using the twelwe steps of the technique; as well as exercises to create organic fear, sadness, being pregnant/a mother/father, feelings of being on drugs or alchohol. The workshops could be for two days,where the participants prepare a scene; or a longer workshop (usually four-five days) where the technique is explained in more depth and the work includes all the twelve steps.

The senses and the memory: A workshop about our personal memorybank.

A workshop for actors, artists, actors and others wishing to explore their inner lives, their life experiences and how these experiences influence their life today. The work is based on exercises devised by Lee Strasberg at the Actors Studio in New York. Through relaxation and a series of exercises the participants will explore their senses and emotions to activate their unique memory-bank.
